Send a copy to ci-gbclaims@citadelplc.com together with:
- Detailed written statement of events;
- Receipts of any non-refundable expenses.
Alternatively you may contact our claims department on 2557 9000.
We reserve the right to request further information/documentation depending on the specific circumstances of the claim.
