Underwriting and Claims Medical Officer
This position requires a motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive, can-do attitude, strong initiative, and the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities. The employee will be responsible for processing the Health Insurance Department’s back-office duties and supporting the department’s claims and underwriting functions, with the goal of increasing operational efficiency and maintaining excellent service for Citadel’s clients.
The employee is also expected to identify opportunities to generate new leads and cross-selling prospects.
- Be a self-driven target-oriented team player with a flair for sales and strong customer service skills;
- Be capable of working under minimum supervision;
- Possess a qualification at diploma level or an equivalent
- Have at least 2 years of experience working in a customer-oriented environment
A remuneration package with a progressive salary, including benefits will be awarded in accordance with the individual’s qualifications and experience.
