The company is expanding its operation in its Gozo office and an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales and Operations Representative at our branch in Gozo.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation at the Company’s office in Gozo, identifying sales opportunities, meeting targets and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing customers with a professional and personalised service.
The selected candidate must:
– Be commercially driven with good managerial, organizational and selling skills;
– Possess a B.Com degree or equivalent;
– Have at least 2 years’ experience in a managerial role;
– Have excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Previous work experience in the insurance industry will be considered an asset.
