Citadel Insurance p.lc is seeking to engage a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team.
Reporting to the Head of Operations and Communications, the selected candidate will be responsible for the development, supervision and execution of all marketing and communications strategies and campaigns for the company using traditional and digital media, as well as managing the Company’s site and Socials.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Design, plan and execute comprehensive marketing communications, content, initiatives and activities using different platforms such as traditional media, social media and the company website;
- Manage, monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using a variety of insights and tests to control or optimise Marketing spend and ROI;
- Manage the Company’s social media presence and website content including optimisation and SEO Strategy;
- Work closely with department heads to produce marketing collateral, strategies and brand initiatives in accordance with corporate business goals, objectives, brand identity and in compliance with MFSA guidelines;
- Liaise with third party suppliers including agencies, media, printers, and other promotional partners as required;
- Develop and execute marketing plans within budget requirements.
Skill-sets and requirements:
- Highly Creative Meticulous professional;
- Good communicator with a high standard of written and spoken Maltese and English;
- Have a proven track record of reaching targets & objectives;
- Developing and monitoring the marketing budget.
Education and experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in consumer marketing communications, brand management and digital marketing;
- Experience in designing and developing both online and offline marketing plans and successful in developing a strategic vision;
- Experience in CRM and database marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns;
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing – with a preference for digital marketing.
