Marketing and Communications Assistant

Citadel Insurance p.lc is seeking to engage a Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our team.

Reporting to the Manager, Operations and Communications, the selected candidate will be responsible for the development, supervision and execution of all marketing and communications strategies and campaigns for the company using traditional and digital media, as well as managing the Company’s site and Socials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content and campaign planning
  • Market research
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
  • Digital and social media management
  • Designing and uploading social media content across multiple platforms
  • Creating and editing video content, including scriptwriting, editing, and uploading
  • Implementing monthly campaigns in line with marketing objectives
  • Managing website content and online presence
  • Ensuring all marketing collateral aligns with brand guidelines and supports company messaging and campaigns
  • Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing best practices

Required Skills & Competencies

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role/environment
  • Experience in managing and updating websites
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work proactively and independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media and email marketing
  • A degree in Marketing and/or Communications, or a related field, will be considered an asset
