List of Assumptions: Marine Insurance

To save you time we base our quote on some assumptions. Please confirm you meet these criteria:

1. Your vessel is registered in Malta and is in conformity with the current regulations of the Malta Maritime Authority.
2. Your vessel is based within the Maltese Islands.
3. Your vessel is used only for private and pleasure purposes with no commercial intent whatsoever.
4. Your vessel is in a seaworthy condition and less than 20 years old, unless full survey and valuation report is available.
5. You or any person using the vessel has not sustained a loss during the past 5 years.
6. Your vessel is not a speedboat, power boat or of Ferro-cement construction.
7. You and any authorized master of the vessel is knowledgeable in the handling of such a vessel.
8. You or any person using the vessel has not had any criminal conviction, was not previously refused insurance or had any special terms imposed.
9. Your vessel is not moored in an open bay after 15 September.
