List of Assumptions: Travel Insurance

To save You time we base your quote on the following assumptions. If You and all other persons travelling with You are unable to confirm all of the following, please contact us.

1. You and any person entitled to benefit under this policy is ordinarily resident in Malta at the time of taking out the insurance.
2. The trip is a conventional holiday or a business trip of a commercial or professional nature.
3. The trip is a round trip commencing in and returning to Malta during the period of insurance.
4. You and all other persons with whom You have arranged to travel or stay were not to the best of your knowledge and belief receiving or awaiting medical or surgical treatment at the time of effecting this insurance.
5. You and all other persons with whom You have arranged to travel have not had any travel claims during the past 5 years.
6. You are 18 years or over and You and all other persons with whom You have arranged to travel are under 75 years of age.
7. You are not aware of any reason that your trip may be cancelled or interrupted.
8. You have never had travel insurance refused, cancelled or any special terms imposed.
9. You and all other persons with whom You have arranged to travel have not received any criminal convictions for fraud, dishonesty or deception in the last 5 years.
10. You have not already started the trip You wish to cover.
11. You are not going on a trip exceeding 3 months.
