The selected candidate will be expected to provide customer service advice, anticipating clients’ individual needs and acting accordingly by issuing and following up on Health Insurance administration for our Asian clientele.
The selected candidate must:
- Be a self-driven target-oriented team player with good customer service skills
- Be capable of working under minimum supervision
- Has experience in related administration duties and in assisting with the training needs of the Company
- ‘O’ level standard of Education or better; qualification in biology and any other science subjects will be considered an asset
- Candidates currently living in Malta with knowledge of Nepalese and Indian will be given priority
