Handyman / Maintenance Person

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Maintenance Person to join our team. This role involves maintaining our Head Office premises and providing support across our branch network. If you are a motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance and repair work at the Head Office, branches and stores, including plumbing, electrical, and minor carpentry;
  • Carry out routine inspections and address maintenance issues promptly;
  • Assist with office setup, furniture assembly, and basic installations;
  • Support branch relocations or renovations as needed;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all tasks;
  • Provide driver and delivery related services as and when required.

Requirements

  • Certification in electrical, plumbing and maintenance services are a plus;
  • Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively;
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between branches, head office and stores;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • possession of a Maltese driver’s licence B and B1;
  • have a good command of both Maltese and English;
  • be well-mannered and polite with staff, customers and contractors
  • always place safety as a top priority
