We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Maintenance Person to join our team. This role involves maintaining our Head Office premises and providing support across our branch network. If you are a motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair work at the Head Office, branches and stores, including plumbing, electrical, and minor carpentry;
- Carry out routine inspections and address maintenance issues promptly;
- Assist with office setup, furniture assembly, and basic installations;
- Support branch relocations or renovations as needed;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all tasks;
- Provide driver and delivery related services as and when required.
Requirements
- Certification in electrical, plumbing and maintenance services are a plus;
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively;
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between branches, head office and stores;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- possession of a Maltese driver’s licence B and B1;
- have a good command of both Maltese and English;
- be well-mannered and polite with staff, customers and contractors
- always place safety as a top priority
