Choose your cover
The standard home insurance plan protects both the property (building) and its contents, such as furniture, electronic equipment and other valuables including jewellery. However, you may also choose to insure either Buildings or Contents under your policy. Details of what is covered can be found in the Summary of Cover.
Discounts
You may benefit from discounts if you insure your home with Citadel. These special rates apply if you fulfil one or more of the following criteria:
- are over 55 years of age
- have a solar water heater or a PV system installed at the property to be insured
- have an alarm system installed at the property to be insured
MultiPolicy Discount
Take advantage from our savings when opting to bundle your insurance policies. Benefit from our MultiPolicy Discount when you buy and renew more than one policy with us (subject to eligibility).
