After eight years of providing a professional service to its clients, Citadel Insurance is introducing a new corporate identity.
Citadel commenced its operations in 1989 under the name of ‘Citadel Insurance Services Limited’ and in September 1997, the Agency was converted into the second indigenous insurance company under the name of ‘Citadel Insurance p.l.c.’, providing all classes of general and motor insurance. Since 1998, Citadel has been operating as a composite insurance company after being authorized by the MFSA to transact a range of life insurance policies.
Citadel’s new corporate identity builds on an established reputation that focuses on long-term trust, loyalty and confidence with its clients and business producers.
As can be seen in the new logo, three concentric dotted ‘C’s rotate around the centre point which represents the customer because in every area of its operations, Citadel is focused on it’s customers’ needs. The dark blue corporate colour has been retained for the company name, whilst a lighter, complimentary blue has been introduced to the identifier to add a touch of freshness and appealing synergy between the two parts.
In conjunction with the new logo, Citadel is also introducing a new slogan: “your secure option”. The new tag line builds on the trust that Citadel’s customers place in the Company. Citadel Insurance p.l.c. is authorised and regulated by the MFSA.
