We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team and serve as the face and voice of our company.
This role is crucial in maintaining our company's positive image and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manning Reception on a daily basis;
- Ensuring that Reception is kept in an orderly and presentable manner;
- First point of contact for all guests and customers visiting the office;
- Handling of all incoming telephone calls in a professional attitude and directing same to the appropriate department;
- Perform administration and other reception duties.
Skill-sets and Requirements:
- Should be fluent in both Maltese and English;
- Must possess excellent communication skills;
- Clear voice when communicating over the phone;
- Should be IT proficient and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Experience in an office environment would be an asset;
- Must be positive, supportive and able to multi-task in a fast moving environment.
Remuneration package, including benefits will be awarded in accordance with the individual’s qualifications and experience.
