Motor Claims Handler
The selected candidate will be responsible for the handling of motor claims. Duties include:
Liaising with clients and intermediaries, customer care duties, on-site surveys, follow up of claims and processing of documentation.
The ideal candidate should:
• Possess an Insurance qualification
• Have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer care skills
• Have a positive attitude and be motivated
• Be well organized and IT proficient
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese
• Experience in the motor car industry will be considered an asset
Work experience in the insurance industry will be considered an asset. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in a similar position. The selected applicant for the above post will be remunerated by a progressive salary and other benefits.
