Motor Claims Handler
The selected candidate will be responsible for the handling of motor claims. Duties include:
Liaising with clients and intermediaries, customer care duties, on-site surveys, follow up of claims and processing of documentation.
The selected candidate should:
• Possess an Insurance qualification
• Have at least 2 years work experience within the insurance industry
• Have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer care skills
• Have a positive attitude and be motivated
• Be well organized and IT proficient
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese
• Experience in the motor car industry will be considered an asset
Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in a similar position. The selected applicant for the above post will be remunerated by a progressive salary and other benefits.
