Competition – Terms & Conditions
All competition answers must be posted through the comments of the Competition post on Citadel Insurance’s Facebook or Instagram page, or as otherwise stated on the competition rules.
The winner will be notified through a private Facebook or Instagram message and will be later announced on Citadel’s social media pages.
If you would like to be contacted on an alternative email or mobile number please send us your details on info@citadelplc.com. If we are unable to contact the winner or if the winner disagrees with these terms and conditions, Citadel reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible participant.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and/or utilized to settle in full or in part any outstanding bill with any members of Citadel Insurance p.l.c. and intermediaries.
The competition is not applicable to employees and intermediaries of Citadel Insurance p.l.c.
Winners will be chosen by electronic ballot and must correctly answer the competition question to validate the prize.
Entries will be accepted until the date stipulated on the competition rules.
