Claims Handler & Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced Claims Handler and Customer Services Representative to join our team. The position demands a dynamic individual with a strong acumen in client relations.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer care duties with ongoing professional service, anticipating clients’ individual needs and acting accordingly by issuing and following up insurance quotes;
  • Liaise with clients and intermediaries;
  • Undertake other duties related to the role;

Skill-sets and Requirements:

  • A self-driven target-oriented team player with a flair for sales and good customer service;
  • Have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer care skills;
  • Well organized and IT proficient
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese

Education & Experience

  • A qualification in insurance at diploma level or an equivalent will be considered an asset;
  • Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in the insurance industry and in a similar position.

Remuneration package, including benefits will be awarded in accordance with the individual’s qualifications and experience.
