Assistant Manager Administration & HR

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our Administration and Human Resources department.

The Assistant/Manager Administration & Human Resources will be expected to perform a range of sensitive, responsible and confidential duties of a general and specific nature using best judgement and initiative to ensure that the Company’s strategic objectives are achieved.

The role requires the hands-on ownership of administrative and human resources duties which ensure that our staff are able to carry out their day-to-day activities efficiently and effectively to professional standards.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Payroll planning and operations
  • Recruitment, on-boarding, training and assessment of staff
  • Interaction with Government agencies such as ID Malta and Jobsplus
  • Management of the various owned and leased properties
  • Office equipment and maintenance
  • Record management and archiving
  • Review and tracking of stock records for office supplies
  • Annual CPD training
  • Inventory ManagementPrevious work experience within the insurance industry will be considered an asset.
