Branch Office Hours Extended

Citadel Insurance p.l.c. has recently introduced day long Branch operating hours in its endeavours to offer clients a better service. 

With a network of Branch offices in Ġżira, Ħaż-Żebbuġ, Naxxar and Paola, the new opening hours will stem from 8am to 630pm, Monday to Friday and from 9am to 12pm on Saturdays.  The Customer Services Office in St. Anne’s Street, Floriana is also open for business from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and from 9am to 12pm on Saturdays.`The insurance consumer today is much more knowledgeable about the products available on the market and as such demands the highest level of delivery standards. These have very much been taken on board by the Company and in these challenging times we make ourselves available to our clients all day’, said Mr. Rein Caruana who heads the Business Development and Marketing Department.
Mr. Caruana also commented on the fact that Citadel has always been at the forefront of providing customers with innovative products and services over the years and by means of these extended opening hours the Company believes that it will be reaching out to those customers whose time is precious and have limited time in which to renew or purchase a new policy.
